A 5-Minute Assessment Of Your Business's Success

Here's a quick litmus test to gauge how well you're doing in your service-based business (take 5 minutes to review and answer these questions and then 5 more to reflect on what you wrote):

  • How many clients do you need each year to hit your revenue and lifestyle goals?

  • How far are you from hitting that number?

  • How many discovery calls have you had this quarter? Year-to-date?

  • How many (or what percentage) have converted into clients?

  • How many referrals have you received?

  • How dialed-in is your follow-up process to both the referrer and referee throughout the lifespan of your conversations?

  • How many hours a week are you working?

  • How many do you want to be working?

  • On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate:

    • How it feels to run your business?

    • The quality of what you offer and deliver?

    • The clarity of your message and pitch?

    • The client experience you provide?

    • Your backend systems?

    • How and where you focus and spend your time?

    • Yourself as a leader?

Considering all your answers, what letter grade (a–f) would you give your business right now?

If you don't know the answer to any of these, or if your answers aren't what you hoped, take this as an invitation to pause, assess, and make adjustments as needed.

If you want help with this, I have space now for a couple of new clients for the first time in a while. Want to discuss working together? Click here to set up a call with me.

To Success on Your Own Terms, Darrah

PS one client called it “worth every penny.”

Dr. Jamie L. made pivotal shifts with me, ranging from mindset, to delegation, to alignment. In his words:

“I generated an additional $130,000 per year, delegated more to my team (which freed up my time), and started driving business decisions that aligned with my dream-life vision and the cost of my dream life.”

That's clarity: not just about money, but about designing your business on your terms.

And Floyd J. said:

“One call alone was worth the price of the entire engagement.”

That's the level of perspective shift available when you're truly seen, heard, and challenged.
